Welcome to The Heysen Trail Exhibition 
The Heysen Walking Trail stretches 1,200 kms along the mountain spine of
South Australia.
It is named for famed artist Sir Hans Heysen whose paintings iconically define
the ancient gum trees and rugged landscapes of South Australia.
25 artists, inspired by the trail and its surrounds, will feature simultaneously in all
6 exhibitions along the length of the trail.
You and your friends are invited to attend ANY / ALL of the 6 exhibition openings (FREE ADMISSION).
The First Being:
6pm Thursday February 18th 2010
Hilton Hotel, Victoria Square, Adelaide.
Speaker: - Dr. Jane Lomax-Smith, Minister for Tourism.
Followed by:
7:30pm Heysen Trail Dinner with the Artists.

Warren Bonython, Father of the Heysen Trail and famous for walking The Simpson
Desert in 1978 (followed by writing 'Walking the Simpson Desert' about his experiences) will be the guest speaker for the evening.
$10.00 from every ticket sold will be donated to the Leukaemia Foundation.
$105.00 per person (book a table of 10 at $100 per person - $1000 per table).
Enjoy a 3-course "art in food" menu including beer, wine and soft drinks.
